CFO and PRACTICE MANAGER

Bloom Health Clinic holds a special place in my heart as it is the passion project of my daughter, the founder Jessica Tollemache. 

In my role as Practice Manager, my aim is to provide a seamless and smooth experience of the operations of Bloom, maintain harmonious interpersonal dynamics within our team, to embody and uphold our core values, and to ensure that there is an exceptional standard of client care. 

Although this is a new role for me, In my personal and professional life I hope to always feel I am learning, growing and pursuing meaningful work. For this reason The acting Practice Manager position is a role I take great pride in. I feel honoured to support the clients at Bloom and to work with our wonderful team of clinicians.

I believe I reflect the qualities and values of Bloom Health Clinic: I care deeply for others, I am a patient, considerate, respectful and open person and my caring nature helps to reassure our clients that I will always be there to support them throughout their experience at Bloom. I take pride in my work at Bloom, and provide great attention to detail to all the aspects of my work. 

My interests outside of work include spending time with my family, cooking, small craft projects, gardening, reading a good book and playing with my grandchildren.

Bloom Health Clinic is truly special, not just because of the unique environment it provides, but because of the people here. I am incredibly grateful to be part of such a knowledgeable and nurturing team.
